This is a very nice enema cleaning system kit. Its douche and enema nozzle is ready to use as a shower attachment. The shower enema kit includes one silicone nozzle. It also comes with a 5 foot metal hose so that you have room for cleansing. One end of the hose screws into your shower, the other end is where you attach your choice of nozzle. Use your shower knob to regulate the force flow of the water through the hose.
